Are you ready for the best week of summer?!
Chartiers Township Parks & Recreation is hosting Teen Bus Camp for ages 12 – 15. This camp runs Monday – Thursday from approximately 8:30AM – 6:00PM (times will be slightly different depending on each trip.) Each day, the teens and staff will get on a bus from the Chartiers Twp Community Center and travel to a different location to have a fun-filled day! While there are adult camp counselors that accompany the campers to each location, teens have a lot of freedom to explore and learn to be responsible young adults. Campers will be gone for the whole day. Most days we will leave the center between 8am and 9am and return home between 5pm and 7pm. The schedule below is RAIN OR SHINE and is TENTATIVE as trips are subject to change. All tickets and bus fees included. Teens will need a packed lunch or money to purchase lunch (if applicable). Monday: Presque Isle Beach / State Park
Tuesday: Idlewild
Wednesday: Keystone Safari & Zip Lining
Thursday: Tygart Adventure Lake (replaced Ohiopyle)
Price: $275/resident | $285 non-resident
*It is recommended teens register with a friend or two since they will have the ability to explore these destinations on their own.*
