The CC can be booked for partial day or the whole day. Check rate schedule before submitting booking to confirm rates and times. To qualify for the resident rate, you must upload a valid PA photo ID with a Chartiers Township only address into your account or email it to parks@chartierstwp.com.
Note: If you book a whole day rental at the whole day rental, we are unable to switch your contract into a partial day rental after the original contract/disclaimer is signed. If you book a partial rental (7am-2pm or 3pm-11pm), and you would like to switch to whole day, we can upgrade if the center is available.
Dates are only held with full payment if under 60 days or $200 down payment if more than 60 days from event. Submitting a request does NOT confirm a date. Once submitted, you'll receive an email with approval. Date will be held once payment is received.
Rental is for an EMPTY ROOM unless set-up, tear-down, and clean up are paid for ahead of time by renter (separate fee). Most renters choose to do this on their own. Renter will have access to our tables and chairs and will be responsible for set-up, tear-down, and clean up all within the rental time frame. The doors will be unlocked for the rental time and not earlier; if renter wants to enter building early, a fee is applied.
