Lunch & Learn — Varies $0-300
These monthly weekday lunch events, geared toward senior citizens, are hosted at the Chartiers Township Community Center. The sponsor is responsible for providing a “lunch” to attendees of an entrée, side, and dessert (est. 25-100) OR providing the “learn” aspect. Events will likely have one sponsor for each aspect. The learn feature is a compelling topic seniors are interested in gaining knowledge on. Examples: a historic storyteller character, an attorney presenting on current senior scams to beware, a presentation on plants and gardening, a physical therapist presenting how to stay active with age, a county K9 dog demonstration, etc. We are open to hands on sponsors OR you can provide the funds and we can plan the event! The below costs are for financial sponsors only. If you are donating your time or physical lunch please disregard the below options and reach out to parks@chartierstwp.com.

Bunny Brunch & Bingo 3/29 — Varies $200-500
We are looking for sponsor help for our Bunny Brunch & Bingo. Our event is priced at-cost for families so they can enjoy an affordable outing and meet the bunny.

$500 – Presenting Sponsor (Banner @ event, logo on all flyers & social media ads)
$300 – Bingo Prize Sponsor (Logo displayed on prize table, gift cards, and recognition during bingo portion)
$200 – Favor Sponsor (logo on favors given to all children in attendance)


Egg Hunt 4/12 — Varies $200-500
Our annual Egg Hunt is right around the corner and we are looking for a presenting sponsor, prize sponsors, and physical donations.

$1250 – Presenting Sponsor (Banner @ event; logo on yard signs, ads)
$300 - Egg Sponsor (looking for multiple; Yard sign in front of check-in area, recognition online)


Bark in the Park Pet Expo - Multiple Sponsors Needed
This pet-friendly expo is packed with activities, vendor booths, and fun for all pets and people! Local businesses will pay a vendor fee to set up at the event. We are looking for 1 presenting sponsor as well as a few smaller sponsors.

$800 - Presenting Sponsor | $500 - Kid Zone Sponsor | $250 - Costume Contest Sponsor


Summer Camp T-Shirt Sponsor - 1 Sponsor $600
Support our Summer Camp by becoming the T-shirt sponsor and get your business in front of campers, families, and the community! Each camper will receive a custom-designed T-shirt featuring your logo on the back, ensuring long-lasting brand visibility all summer long and beyond!


Summer Concert Series - 1 Sponsor Per Concert - $1500
Become a sponsor of our Summer Concert Series and connect with the community while supporting live music in the park! This outdoor park event draws families, friends, and music lovers together for unforgettable summer nights filled with great tunes, local eats, and good vibes. As a sponsor, your business will gain premium visibility through event promotions, banners, social media, and on-site recognition—all while showing your support for arts, culture, and community engagement.


Community Wide Yard Sale 6/7/25 - 1 Sponsor $750
Join us as the presenting sponsor of our Community Yard Sale, where neighbors come together to buy, sell, and connect! This event draws bargain hunters and local shoppers, offering a fantastic opportunity for your business to gain maximum exposure. Your logo will be featured on event yard signs (located in every seller’s yard), yard sale maps, social media, and more—helping you reach a wide audience while supporting a fun, community-driven event.


Community Day 6/29/25 - Multiple - BIGGEST Event of Year
Support Community Day and showcase your business while bringing residents together for a fun-filled event and BIGGEST event of the year! Sponsoring this event is a great way to gain brand visibility, connect with local residents, and demonstrate your commitment to the community. Community Day is full of local groups and non-profits, live music, activities, and a fireworks show!

*Note, sponsors $750+ will receive ad in newsletter if received by 3/7/25*
$8,000 - Presenting Sponsor (1 only; name/logo on all advertising for event; fireworks sponsor)
$2,500 - Kids Zone (1 only; banner in front of inflatables/kids area and online advertising)
$1,500 - Petting Zoo (1 only; signage in front of petting zoo and online advertising)
$1,000 - Entertainment (Up to 2; banner on stage and additional advertising)
$500 - Bingo Room (1 only; name on all bingo prizes for participants and online advertising)
$250 - Buccaneer (yard sign recognition at event)
$25 - Vendor Spot (set-up a booth at the event to showcase your business)


Pumpkin Smash! (Date TBD - Early November)—Multiple Sponsors Needed
This 2nd annual SMASH is a unique event for our community! Families bring their Halloween pumpkins to the event to smash to pieces in a fun and safe environment. Smashing pumpkins keeps them out of the landfill and turns them into compost. We are looking for sponsors to help with the costs of entertainment, advertising, games, prizes, etc. This event will have a bonfire for s’mores as well as a live band.

Veteran’s Day Luncheon 11/7—Multiple Sponsors Needed Varies $250-1500
Each veteran and one guest will be provided a free lunch at the Chartiers Township Community Center on Friday 11/7 from 11:30am-1pm. Veteran’s will receive a free gift as a thank you for their service from the Chartiers Community. FOR DETAILED SPONSOR PACKET CLICK HERE.

Cookies with Santa (Date TBD) — Multiple Sponsors Needed
We are looking for sponsors to help with the costs of hot chocolate station, kids gift bags, live entertainment, crafts, and more for this family friendly event. Santa will be making an appearance for photos.
